- Everything taken apart & ultrasonic cleaned
- Body, top caps, banjos, pump housings, choke housings media blasted
- New 60 idle jets installed - 122 mains reused as they appeared newish
- New #250 float needle valves installed
- New pump diaphragms installed
- New choke plungers installed
- New gaskets & o-rings etc installed (everything soft)
- New 70/2 slides installed
The carbs were in pretty good shape to begin with so we kept/reused all the original fasteners. We elected to install new slides & idle jets (incorrect size were in there) when we were reassembling them with everything soft inside being replaced as well. The bores of these carbs are in fine shape.
These will work on any Ducati bevel drive twin that have the correct PHF intake manifolds such as 750GT, 750 Sport, all 860/900 GT/S, along with some 900 Super Sports & SD900 Darmah. If you need manifolds, we have various options available along with intake manifold insulators and cables, Cavis Benz fuel hose, hose clips & clamps etc.
