Return & Exchange Policies: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there are ever any problems with an order you receive from us or you wish to return or exchange an item don't hesitate to immediately email or call us to resolve the problem &/or to get an RA (return authorization) number. Returns received without an RA # will be tossed in the trash and no refund or credit will be given. In order to keep our prices reasonable, we need to charge a fee for returns or exchanges.

There are absolutely no returns on: Electrical Parts, Special Order Items, Tools, Manuals, Books [on any printed or digital materials/files], or Any Products that have been opened, tampered with or installed. We have to be able to resell it! 

Refunds: To receive a refund for merchandise less S&H and less 20% restocking fee (15% over $200), it must be new, unused, never installed or mounted and must include all of the original packaging. We also must receive this merchandise no later than 21 days from the date that you received it. There are no refunds after 21 days. You must have an RA # written on the outside of your packaging.

In Store Credits: To receive an In Store Credit (Without a Restocking Fee) towards a future purchase or to exchange merchandise, the same conditions apply as with a Refund except there will be no Restocking Fee. The customer must pay all shipping charges that apply to the return or exchange of merchandise. All returns and exchanges must be shipped prepaid and must include payment for re-shipment on exchanges. All returns MUST be received back in the original packaging and MUST have an RA # written on the outside or our shipping department will toss them in the trash with No Credit Issued.

Order Cancellations: If for any reason YOU decide to cancel your order, we will charge you a flat 10% fee based on the amount of your order. This fee covers the 5% bank charge when you first placed the order, then the 5% fee the bank charged us again when you decided to cancel your order and we ran your credit. That's right, YOU get to pay the bank fees, not us - YOU decided to cancel your order after the fact, not us. That said, there is a way for you to retain the full amount that you paid easily.... Simply request an "IN STORE CREDIT" which we will GLADLY set up for you in the full amount that you paid which you can use at a later time with no penalty. Just send over an email requesting an IN STORE CREDIT at the time you cancel your order. This applies to partial or full order cancellations. NO EXCEPTIONS, NO DISCUSSION, NO WHINING.

Refused/Returned Shipments: If your package comes back to us for any reason, you will be given the option to pay the shipping charge again so we can re send it after correcting the shipping address you provided when you placed your order or alternatively we will process a refund on the parts purchased only (order total less shipping less fees per above) assuming there is an RA # written on the outside of the package if you have sent it back.

Warranty Policies: We will do our best to assist you with any warranty claims. New product manufacturers honor all Warranties. Please be sure to save your Invoices. In the event of a warranty claim, the manufacturer for an original invoice will most likely ask you for a copy of it. Warranty claims are valid only from products whose manufacturer is currently in business [Sprocket Specialists, Works Performance, Dellorto, etc]. Warranty claims can't be made against products which were produced years & years ago where the manufacturer is no longer in business!! Liability: Due to the nature of most parts offered for sale here [vintage, old stock etc] you as the purchaser assume 100% liability and risk in the safe and correct installation and use of said products on your motorcycle. Do not cry to us if you installed something incorrectly and broke it or had any other related problem.

Availability: We do our best to insure adequate inventory levels, but due to the rarity of some items we sometimes carry, product availability is subject to prior sales - first come, first served. Typically, when an item sells out, that item is removed from the website shopping cart immediately - it may still be in the product information website. If an item is shown on the store website today, there is no guarantee that the same item will be there tomorrow! However, it may show up again in the future so check out the site every now and then as stock changes all the time. You can always send us an email asking to be notified once we get a particular item back in stock and we will do so - no problem. 

Pricing: All prices shown are in USD ($). All prices are subject to change without notice but typically the prices shown on the shopping cart website are the most current and accurate.

Labor Rate: Shop rate for all mechanical work or technical consultations is currently $225/hour.

In Store Sales:  Occasionally, we have a sale where we discount everything by a certain %.  The only way to find out about these sales and get the proper code to use for the discount to apply is to get onto our email list... If you find out about our sale and you previously placed an order within the preceding 5 days of the START of that sale, email over your order confirmation no later than the END of that sale period and ask us to honor that sale's discount and we will issue you a refund for that sale's discount amount. We will not issue any refund for any orders placed before 5 days prior to, or after the sale ends.  No exceptions.

Shipping: We generally ship each Tuesday & Friday. Please note, if you placed your order Tuesday through Thursday, your order will most likely be shipped on Friday. If you ordered Friday through Monday, your order will most likely ship on Tuesday. We will always send another email when we physically pack your order to ship. If you don't get this 2nd personal email [from shop owner Steve Allen] within 3 business days, PLEASE either shoot over an email or give us a call to confirm we actually got your order!!! Holidays will push out the above by the number of days closed..... 

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order shipped any other day (Mon, Wed, Thurs) we will run it out to the post office, if at all possible, for a $75 fee.

Summary: When you register & purchase from us, you are agreeing to the above terms & conditions - you did click the "I agree to...Terms & Conditions" link after all.  We are going to send you what you ordered, to the address you provided in your order.  We will also add your email address to our email list that we use to notify you of upcoming sales or other topics relating directly to Bevel Heaven.  If you do not wish to be included in our email list, then simply click the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the top of your confirmation email.  We typically only send out 3 - 10 emails per year announcing sales or whatever specifically pertaining to Bevel Heaven that will most likely benefit you.


Lastly, if you are having problems using this website, CALL US at 925.798.2385 M-F, generally and M-Th 9-4 & Fri 9-3 California time, and we will gladly take your order over the phone - NO PROBLEM!  All we do ask, is that if this is your first order from us, that you first click REGISTER above and set up an account before calling us.
