Shock Restoration or Rebuild Service - 10mm shaft Marzocchi shocks as you see in the photos found on some 750 Sport, 750 Super Sport and 900 Super Sport.
The restoration service includes refinishing springs and preload collars, polishing shock bodies & caps, new rubber seals, bumpers, top covers, new shock eyelets. If you have the painted body type no worries, but know that there is a small price difference to paint the pieces versus polishing. For a rebuild I will just clean, replace all rubber seals and bumpers, eyelets if needed and reassemble.
TURN AROUND TIME:
I can usually turn around a basic rebuild in a weeks time depending on current work load ie how many jobs are in line ahead of you once your items arrive here, restoration will take 2-3 weeks as I have zero control over my painter's workload/timing.
PRICING:
Minimum charge of $225 per shock for basic rebuild or $450 per shock for the full restoration + parts.

Anything shipped to us must be completely oil/grease free. Wrap your item(s) up well to protect them and ship in a heavy duty box to our address found on the CONTACT US link. Put a note explaining exactly what you want done along with all your contact info. Once I receive them I will get ahold of you to verify work to be done and to discuss timeline.
