Rebuild & Restoration Services For BREMBO Calipers & Master Cylinders
We can either do a simple rebuild for you all the way up to a full on restoration on your calipers and master cylinders. Bevel Heaven founder/owner Steve Allen knows his way around the Brembo brake components having rebuilt literally hundreds of them over the years. Let him worry about getting everything correct and in the right places...
REBUILD SERVICES:
Typically includes any/all of the following: replace seals & pistons. Whatever it needs or whatever you want so it functions as new.
RESTORATION SERVICES:
Includes everthing above and replace all fasteners etc or as needed and most likely includes refinishing.
REFINISH SERVICES:
Typically costs $85/piece above disassembly labor costs etc. The process involves blasting, clean, refinish & bake for a chemical resistant durable finsh that is only 0.002" thick. We can do BREMBO Black as well as BREMBO Gold as shown in the photos.
SHIPPING YOUR BREMBO COMPONENTS TO BEVEL HEAVEN:
Make sure your parts are completely dry before shipping. That means removing bleed screws & banjo bolts, shaking units, squeezing levers on master cylinders etc... Crack loose the bolts that hold the caliper halves together as well as the bleed screws. Double Zip-Lock bag each piece and protect each with bubble wrap etc. When you box them up also put a dryer sheet in the box to try to mask the smell that might be present. We don't want the shipper to think there is something explosive in the box and destroy it. Yes that has happened in the past. If refinishing we suggest you send the calipers, master cylinders, hose splitter, clamps and clutch assembly so that everything matches. Make sure you put a note inside the box spelling out EXACTLY what you want done to your parts and also include all your contact info.
TURN AROUND TIME:
I can usually turn these around in a weeks time depending on current work load ie how many jobs are in line ahead of you once your items arrive here. If refinishing, please allow 3-4 weeks minimum for the entire job.
PRICING:
Basic rebuild: Starting at $22 for parts & $125 labor (per each unit) + shipping and California sales tax if shipped to a California address.
Restoration: Starting at $22 for parts, $85 blast & refinish, $125 labor (per each unit) + shipping + Ca sales tax if applicable.
NOTE: The above prices are approximate but typical. Some calipers & master cylinders take more time than others......
* NOTE: any hard parts needed ie pistons, pins, bleed screws, pads etc not included in above estimates and their costs are added to your total.
