This would be for PARTS only - and ONLY after getting a total due from Steve. This might be used if you place a large order, complete checkout but then realize you need something else - like a $10 oil filter. You would click on this 'product' which cost $1, then change the qty from 1 to 10. Viola, you just paid me ten bucks.
