They refer to this stuff as "Tune-up In A Bottle". It is a fuel system cleaner, valve seat cleaner and lubricates rings and upper cylinder walls. It eliminates the need for using higher octane gas. Cleans carbon out of the combustion chamber. Excellent cleaner for fuel injection systems as well.
