These are super high quality reproduction Darmah dash lights. They feature a double diode inside to cater for voltage polarity issues normally associated with diodes. This means they can be hooked up either wire to (+) and they will work. With 2 LEDs in each unit, if there ever was a failure the negative and positive terminals can be swapped over to utilize the second LED.
