Paioli "Brev Orlandi" fuel tap set [2]. M12 x 1.5 pitch [threads into tank] as used on early 900SS, GTS, GT etc and other Italian motorcycles. The LH tap has an outlet going back for the rear carb and across to the RH tap which has the cross outlet as well as an outlet pointing straight down. These are rebuildable and nicely made.
IMPORTANT: The direction that the outlet points is totally determined by the stacked height of the washers added. So, you may find yourself needing 1 new washer, or 1 new + 1 old, or 2 new etc. What we do is put on 1 new washer and HAND TIGHTEN the tap to check alignment. If it is less than a quarter turn away from being perfect BY HAND then you are good. We sometimes need to sand down the thickness of a washer for perfect alignment.
NOTE: Do not use a wrench to tighten up the tap if you have to turn it more than a quarter turn as you most likely will strip out the threads or snap the threaded part of the tap off! See note above regarding stacked height of fiber washers!
Rely on the THREAD SEALANT to seal up your system, rely on the thickness of the WASHERS to align the direction of your taps.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you purchase "2 fuel taps & 4 fiber washers & thread sealant" so that you have everything you need to install these correctly.
