This is an original Dellorto float bowl suitable for (ALL) PHF and PHM carbies, ticklers or choke... This specific float bowl is the later type where there is a large float bowl nut that is loosened using a 21mm spanner and, it has the dark anodizing as found on for instance, new PHF36DD/DS carbs...
The 2 earlier types either use a 14mm or 17mm spanner and have a smaller hole. FYI the 17mm and 21mm type uses the later type main jet holder, the 14mm type uses the earlier main jet holder....
