This is the TINY little jet that sits down below the idle jet on SOME Dellorto carbs. Specifically, this is found on ALL of the Dell'Orto PHF32CD/CS carbs that came on bevel drive Ducati DARMAH.
Be VERY careful if you decide to try and remove what you have, use HEAT after taking everything else out of the carb to do so.
