Restored pair of CLAMP ON TYPE Dell'Orto PHF 36 MS/MD carbs with new jets, slides etc etc.
(yes, the MD versions came with the black plastic top caps and fuel banjos but as you can see I have changed that......)
After disassembly, cleaning etc I media blasted the bodies, top caps, etc. New float bowl nuts, gaskets, seals, o-rings, pump diaphragms, float needle valves, choke plungers, needles, needle clips & atomizers, main & idle jets, metal fuel banjos & screens, choke jets - setup with the same specs as found. The slides I re used as there is VERY minimal wear and they are in almost new condition. In fact these carbs appeard to have VERY little use to begin with.
I pitched the black plastic top caps, black plastic fuel banjos, newer style large float bowl nuts and float bowls. I swapped out for alloy top caps, metal fuel banjos and the earlier type float bowl and deep type float bowl nut as well as the appropriate float bowl/main jet holders for it all to work.
