Steve, a note of appreciation and thanks for your service. It's quite obvious to me you give personal attention to your customers. Just a recap:
I wanted to order some springs for my PHM's. After reading some info, I wanted to order the Medium springs as I felt the Light springs would not serve me well.
I ordered them online from BevelHeaven. Shortly, I received an email from you regarding my order for the "Light" springs drawing my attention to the fact that special care would have to be given to the operation of the slides with the light tension. That comment let me know that I must have done something wrong, so I called. Indeed, I had erroneously checked Light when I meant to check Medium. Thanks to your personal attention to my order, my mistake was corrected and I am that much happier.
If you had not given my simple order your attention, I might have ended up with springs that I was not happy with, not knowing I had made the mistake when I ordered them.

I have been dealing with Steve Allen at Bevel Heaven since the summer of 2012 when I embarked on tiding up a 1974 Ducati 750GT, a 1974 750 Sport and a 1977 900SS ( all riders). When I got home from work last night and saw that USPS had made an attempted delivery I thought it was for something I ordered from Ebay. Was surprised to see Bevel Heaven on the slip. Went and picked up the caliper from the post office this morning and I am highly pleased. Wasn't even expecting it to be shipped until today.
