Revised clutch slave cylinder fits ALL Ducati's with removable slave cylinder (pre anti-rotation device type & pre Panigale). Large bore slave cylinder improves clutch modulation and reduces lever effort by 25%.
*NOTE: these do NOT fit the latest Ducati with the fancy anti rotation type slave cylinder or any of the Panigale models....... We do also stock these types though...
Choose either BLACK or GOLD color
FITMENT: Yes this fits every Ducati twin that had a bolt on clutch slave cylinder before they started using their anti rotation type slave and as stated above it doesn't fit any Panigale based motors.. Both these later type slave cylinders are available and we have them.... The Yoyodyne slave cylinder has a button that you use for all 2000 and previous motors that have a rounded pushrod, and you do NOT use this button for 2001 and later motors with a square ended pushrod. Click the 2nd & 3rd images below for more clarity.
Replaces the following: 236.1.010.3A (23610103A) : early rounded end pushrod type 195.4.003.1A (19540031A) : later squared end pushrod type
YOYODYNE WARRANTY: We have improved the part one again to make it even more trouble free. As always, a hard anodized surface provides a long trouble free life. Warranty - Based on years of trouble free performance, we are able to offer a lifetime warranty on the Overthruster.
We Guarantee the clutch slave cylinder to be leak free for as long as the original owner owns the part. If the cylinder ever leaks, return it to us for repair or replacement. We also offer a good will discount if the clutch slave cylinder was destroyed by a defective pressure plate. The cylinder is supplied assembled, and is ready for installation. We have included the exploded view to show the features of the part.
The cylinder is hard anodized, and has a smooth surface to improve the movement of the parts. The piston is kept under pre load by the spring. This prevents a wandering lever if there is no pre load. The piston uses two widespread, thick O-rings to stabilize the piston in the bore. This eliminates metal-to-metal contact. A new cap is fitted to the cylinder, and sealed with an additional O-ring. This sealing cap is also vented.
