068738320 - This is a BRAND NEW replacement 3 spade ignition switch with 2 keys that looks very similar to stock and works perfect for bevel drive DUCATI along with other vintage Italian motorcycles.
This ON/OFF 3 spade [3 wire] switch is an excellent replacement for the switch that came standard on 750 GT, 750 Sport, 750 Super Sport and other bevel drive DUCATI, where the switch was sometimes located on the frame by the side cover or in the usual dash location.
The bezel is chromed steel. The overall length of the switch (including the 3 spades in back) is 46mm, just the switch housing measures 37mm. this means that 35mm sticks out behind the dash, just like the originals.
This switch is brand new and in perfect condition - ready to install on your bike. Notice the connectors for this switch are spade connectors.
4 pin switches are NO LONGER AVAILBLE so your YELLOW wire is left out and insulated... On some older models it is necessary to bridge from yellow wire to LH Switches harness to yellow in main harness for tail lights and dash lights to work properly. Early SD900, SS, MHR etc..... means no parking position. We are told that the thread and even the external shape of the new nut on this switch is identical to the original one, so it is possible to reuse the original chromed nut to keep exactly the same look as with the 900 MHR original switch.
